From the East (Suffolk) take Northern State Parkway West toMeadowbrook Parkway South toward Jones Beach

Take Meadowbrook Parkway South to Exit M-5, Hempstead Turnpike Eastbound,
Note: M-4 Westbound is about 1 mile before M-5 Eastbound

As you exit the parkway about 100 yards ahead is a traffic light, turn right on to Merrick Avenue. The office is about 3-4 Blocks down on the Left hand Side, It is a Gray Cedar Front Two Story converted House with Dark Green Trim, Parking is available on the Street in Front of the Office
