Office Policies

Patient tailored individualized treatment programs are the byword at RIDLI. However, some general policies are part and parcel of contemporary health care. Listed below are some patient focused policies that enable dental treatment at RIDLI to be a compassionate, responsive and successful process.

Appointment times

As a private practice we recognize the value of our patient’s time and respect their appointment times. It is rare that a patient is kept waiting in our reception area. In return, we request 24 hours notice for any schedule change to enable us to provide care to those people awaiting treatment.

Dental Benefits

It is our desire to maximize the dental benefits that so many people have today. Our staff welcomes your insurance and benefit questions. We believe in your free choice to select the care provider and type of care you would like to have rather than be restricted by insurance company lists of providers and limited treatment choices. We will accept assignment for the part of care covered by your benefit plan once care is pre-authorized and the copayment and deductible portions have been satisfied.

Payment Programs

A variety of payment programs are available for patients to utilize when comprehensive care is contemplated.

Availability

Our Doctors confer about all patient care provided at RIDLI. One of our Doctors is always available for needed emergency care
